The Double Format Tensioned 300cm 16/9 screen by Screen International is a new innovation product in projection screens. The unique feature inclusive with this screen is that you can chose from not one but TWO different formats, the Double Format Tensioned combines 16:9 HDTV with 2:35:1 Cinema Scope for the ultimate home cinema experience. The tensioning mechanism assures the screen provides an absolutely perfect flat projection surface, avoiding any possible edge curling and distortion of the image.

The concept of a double format screen is to combine two different projection formats into just one product. This unique feature allows you to choose two different formats and the option to choose two different surfaces. If you choose two different formats, the centre of projection on both cloths will be at the same position. This feature is very important because enables you to fix the projector in the desired position and you will not have to move it, when changing one of the two formats.

The Double Format  Tensioned is made with an aluminium housing that contains two separate motorized rollers. Each roller has a different projection screen. A Matte White screen surface is the standard for this product and has a Gain of 1.2, giving the best projection performance. Matte White PVC fabric for front projection provides optimum gain and a good viewing angle. Matte White PVC fabric is a solution for rooms in which there is a sunlight interference behind the screen. It has good mechanical and chemical characteristics. There are additional fabric screen surface materials that can be used with this product; Lumi Grey, Microperforated, Cinesound, Lumi Grey Microperforated, Bright Contrast 3D and Ultra HD. The Double Format Tensioned is supplied with a R.F. remote control that enables you to open, stop and close each one of the projection screens. The Double Format Tensioned projection screen come complete with 5cm black borders to each side.
