The Vivitek D6510 is designed for demanding large venue installation applications. The D6510 features dual-lamp technology, as well as five interchangeable lenses and colour wheels to enhance challenging video applications and sources. The D6510 delivers bright, superb digital images with full colour saturation. The Vivitek D6510 is designed to operate 24/7 delivering high brightness superb digital images. Intended for high-impact multimedia presentations, the Vivitek D6510 is unmatched in performance and functionalities.

The Vivitek 6510 Digital Light Processing (DLP's) TrueVision image processing includes noise reduction, 3:2 / 2:2 pull-down film mode, edge-adaptive interpolation and dynamic black to provide the best picture with unbelievable clarity and video quality with every use.

Brilliant Colour Technology
With the integrated BrilliantColor technology from Texas Instruments a multi-colour processing technology that produces vibrant images and a perfect viewing image with every use. BrilliantColor technology uses up to six colours, instead of just the three primary colours, red, green and blue, to improve colour accuracy, contrast and brightens secondary colours and continues to produces vivid digital images.

3D Ready
This projector that is 3D Ready can accept a 120Hz frame-sequential 3D signal from a computer. These projectors are not compatible with the HDMI 1.4 3D specification used on 3D Blu-ray players and set-top boxes. The 3D ready function uses DLP Link Technology from Texas.

DLP (Digital Light Processing)
DLP (Digital Light Processing) is a display technology from Texas Instruments (TI). The technology inside is often referred to as DMD (Digital Micro-Mirrors). It consists of an array of mirrors where each mirror represents a pixel element. For example, a high-definition DLP projector or rear projector with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution would have over 2 million tiny mirrors. Each mirror is attached to an electronically driven hinge that controls the amount of coloured light that is reflected from.

HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface)
HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) is an uncompressed, all-digital audio/video interface that supports audio/video sources such as a set-top box, DVD player, A/V receiver, and video monitors such as a digital projector or digital television (DTV). HDMI is backward compatible with DVI 1.0 specification and supports HDCP.
