The Compact Recessed by Screen International has the same design as the Compact but has the addition of an inclusive Ceiling Trim Kit. This product is fully equipped with a 'quiet' motor for a smooth operation and zero noise disturbances. This product has been specifically studied for the niche of Home Theatre market. For this reason, it is the right solution for the most particular and demanding requests. The Compact Recessed is a ceiling recessed screen that installs onto the ceiling where manoeuvring the screen isn’t an option. This screen is available in 4:3, 16:9 and 16:10 ratios and it is equipped with black side edges, a black extra drop and Matte White fabric in order to give the best projection performance.

The Aluminium case which is inclusive is finished in White. A Matte White surface is the standard viewing surface for this model and has a Gain of 1.2. Optional screen surfaces for this Screen are Cinesound, Microperforated and Lumi Grey. All screen fabrics are flame retardant. All screens include 5cm black borders and a 30cm black drop.

This projector screen is concealed inside the screen case which is mounted in the ceiling, which means that the screen is hidden away when not in use. Working on a motor, the screen drops down from the ceiling when turned on. It is traditionally used to create a 'home theatre' atmosphere, whilst also freeing up space in the room which it is being used in. However, this type of screen is a great addition in any boardroom, meeting room, school classroom or even a lecture theatre. This screen is equipped with sliding brackets for ease of install, with a wide choice of fabrics available.

Matte White PVC fabric for front projection provides optimum gain and a good viewing angle. Matte White PVC fabric is a solution for rooms in which there is a sunlight interference behind the screen. It has good mechanical and chemical characteristics. However, there are a wide choice of fabrics available such as White, Matte White, Lumi-grey, Microperforated, Rear Plus, Front Rear. Surface Fabric Information:

• White
  White fabric is a PVC material whose chemical characteristics guarantees a bright image with a high contrast. White has obtained fire-proof certification and offer the possibility to make screens with black corners and masking on the upper and lower side of the screen surface. Spooler height 240 cm

  Lumi-Grey cloth is a grey PVC material. It is eccellent for superb Home-Theatre projections. It is advisable to use it together with, at least, a 1200 Ansi Lumen projector
  
  
• Microperforated
  Microperforated fabric is a PVC material studied to be used for small screens in rooms where loudspeakers should be positioned behind the projection surface. The chemical characteristics guarantee brightness and high contrast. The fabric has obtained fire-proof certification. Spooler height 240 cm.
  
  
• Cinesound
  Cinesound cloth is a very innovative PVC fabric for front projection, whose chemical and structural features assure a never-seen flatness to the screen, as long as a bright and very well-contrasted image. Moreover, a very important feature is that the cloth can be used as a frontal projection cloth and also as acoustic transparent surface.
