The Vivitek has 1080p transitions from the home to the office with the Vivitek D952HD, which delivers 3500 ANSI Lumens of brightness and a 3000:1 contrast ratio. The Vivitek D952HD emit impressive color reproduction and amazing performance with the assistance of DLP® and BrilliantColor™ technologies. A stylish projector with a built-in speaker and an assortment of connectivity options, the D952HD is the ultimate match for today’s high-definition presentations. With 3500 lumens, 3000:1 contrast ratio and an assortment of connectivity options, the D952HD can cast dazzling digital images from a variety of video sources. The D952HD also features a built-in 5W mono speaker and a top-loading cover for effortless lamp replacement making this user friendly and a perfect investment.

Brilliant Colour Technology
With the integrated BrilliantColor technology from Texas Instruments a multi-colour processing technology that produces vibrant images and a perfect viewing image with every use. BrilliantColor technology uses up to six colours, instead of just the three primary colours, red, green and blue, to improve colour accuracy, contrast and brightens secondary colours and continues to produces vivid digital images.

3D Ready
This projector that is 3D Ready can accept a 120Hz frame-sequential 3D signal from a computer. These projectors are not compatible with the HDMI 1.4 3D specification used on 3D Blu-ray players and set-top boxes. The 3D ready function uses DLP Link Technology from Texas.

DLP (Digital Light Processing)
DLP (Digital Light Processing) is a display technology from Texas Instruments (TI). The technology inside is often referred to as DMD (Digital Micro-Mirrors). It consists of an array of mirrors where each mirror represents a pixel element. For example, a high-definition DLP projector or rear projector with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution would have over 2 million tiny mirrors. Each mirror is attached to an electronically driven hinge that controls the amount of coloured light that is reflected from.

HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface)
HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) is an uncompressed, all-digital audio/video interface that supports audio/video sources such as a set-top box, DVD player, A/V receiver, and video monitors such as a digital projector or digital television (DTV). HDMI is backward compatible with DVI 1.0 specification and supports HDCP.
