The Christie DHD800 offers full HD and high-brightness in a 1-chip DLP projector. This projector is suited for a variety of applications including fixed installs and live events. With 8000 ANSI lumens the Christie DHD8000 is one of the brightest 1 Chip DLP dual-lamp projectors on the market. Additionally incorporated with full HD resolution this projector is compatible with most computers and video sources.

This product is unique, its user-changeable, twin-colour-wheel system gives you the flexibility to tailor your presentations to maximize high-brightness images and achieve superior-colour reproduction. This projector can be used for 24/7 operation making this projector perfect for long-term projection requirements such as festivals and live events. The Christie DHD800 includes a lamp-interval feature that enables you to select the usage times between the dual-lamps for balanced lamp life. Its sealed optical engine prevents dust and dirt from affecting the system, ensuring that image quality is maintained and maintenance costs are lower. Brilliant Colour™ Technology
With the integrated BrilliantColor technology from Texas Instruments a multi-colour processing technology that produces vibrant images and a perfect viewing image with every use. BrilliantColor technology uses up to six colours, instead of just the three primary colours, red, green and blue, to improve colour accuracy, contrast and brightens secondary colours and continues to produces vivid digital images.

DLP (Digital Light Processing)
DLP (Digital Light Processing) is a display technology used in AV Projector products. The technology inside is often referred to as DMD (Digital Micro-Mirrors). It consists of an array of mirrors where each mirror represents a pixel element. For example, a high-definition DLP projector or rear projector with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution would have over 2 million tiny mirrors. Each mirror is attached to an electronically driven hinge that controls the amount of coloured light that is reflected from the screen surface.
